Need a script to help with mIRC bots

Hello, my friend asked me if I can find a script that does the following:
"/me serves "$nick" a refreshing glass of "parameter" with compliments of "guy who ordered it"

The order is: !serve (nick) (parameter)

I'll make sure to credit you, I'm not sure which program he uses and I'm not sure if that matters.
